The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and performing basic troubleshooting on industrial robots to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous manufacturing operations. This role combines technical aptitude with strict procedural adherence to maximize productivity and quality. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Operation \& Monitoring** · Operate robotic work cells and automated production lines according to standard procedures. · Monitor robot performance, cycle times, and production output via HMI (Human\-Machine Interface) panels. · Perform start\-up and shut\-down sequences for robotic systems. · Load/unload parts, fixtures, or materials as required by the automated process. · Conduct visual inspections of robot\-produced parts for quality defects. **2\. Basic Maintenance \& Troubleshooting** · Perform routine maintenance tasks: cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of end\-effectors (grippers, welders, dispensers). · Identify and respond to basic robot faults, alarms, and error messages. · Execute minor troubleshooting under guidance, such as restarting programs, resetting faults, or checking sensors. · Assist technicians and engineers with more complex repairs and changeovers. **3\. Safety \& Compliance** · Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including safeguarding systems, light curtains, and safety gates. · Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance interventions. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around robotic cells. · Participate in safety meetings and risk assessments related to robotic operations. **4\.
