




We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Steward Supervisor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee stewarding operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure efficient support for kitchen and dining areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the stewarding team to ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, sanitized, and well\-maintained. * Monitor and schedule stewarding staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. * Ensure proper handling, washing, and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware. * Coordinate with the culinary and F\&B teams to support operational needs. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding equipment. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards comply with company policies. * Train new stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. * Manage waste disposal and recycling processes. * Assist in monthly stock\-taking and cost\-control initiatives. * Address and resolve operational issues in stewarding areas promptly. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality\-related training is an advantage. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations; supervisory experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards (HACCP preferred). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle fast\-paced environments.
