We are looking for motivated and results\-driven Relationship Managers to join our expanding team in Oman. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. * Identify and acquire new clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs). * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities. * Educate prospective clients about our products and services. * Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities. * Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports. Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or a similar role. * Experience in the Forex, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment industry is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Proven ability to generate leads and build client relationships. * Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
