Summary: Responsible for the installation, programming, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) for efficient control of building systems. Highlights: 1. Install, configure, and commission BMS systems. 2. Monitor and troubleshoot BMS hardware and software issues. 3. Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and energy management systems. **Job Title: BMS Engineer** **Job Summary:** Responsible for the installation, programming, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure efficient control of HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and commission BMS systems. * Monitor and troubleshoot BMS hardware and software issues. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and energy management systems. * Generate system reports and maintain documentation. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors during project execution. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. * Provide technical support and user training when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in Building Management Systems. * Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium (Niagara), or ABB. * Understanding of HVAC controls, BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols. * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
