Summary: Provide first-line IT support for terminal operations, focusing on NAVIS SPARCS N4, user support, system monitoring, and coordination to ensure TOS operations continuity. Highlights: 1. First-line IT support for terminal operations and NAVIS SPARCS N4 2. Ensure continuity of Terminal Operating System (TOS) operations 3. Troubleshooting, system interfaces, and operational IT requirements Provide first\-line IT support for terminal operations, including troubleshooting of NAVIS SPARCS N4\-related issues, user support, system monitoring, and coordination with Operations, QatarEnergy, and NAVIS support teams. Ensure continuity of Terminal Operating System (TOS) operations and timely resolution of technical issues. Qualification: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Requirements: Proven experience with NAVIS SPARCS N4 in container terminal operations. Knowledge of TOS support, troubleshooting, system interfaces, and operational IT requirements. Experience: Minimum 5 years in container terminal operations, including 3 years in a similar position. Pay: From QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
