Offshore global project exposure We are seeking an experienced **JWB Senior Developer** to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and services within the JWB platform environment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain applications within the JWB platform * Develop scalable and efficient backend services and system components * Implement integrations with internal and external enterprise systems * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues * Optimize application performance and system efficiency * Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and other development teams * Participate in system design discussions and code reviews * Ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices * Support production systems, enhancements, and deployments **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 6\+ years of experience in enterprise application development * Strong experience in **JWB (Java/Web\-Based) application development environments** * Proficiency in backend technologies such as **Java / J2EE or equivalent enterprise stacks** * Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations * Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) * Understanding of enterprise architecture and design patterns * Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization * Familiarity with middleware and application servers is an advantage **Language Requirement** * **Arabic: Mandatory (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)** * English proficiency required for technical communication **Preferred Attributes** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently in an offshore environment * Good communication and coordination skills * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Strong ownership and accountability mindset **What We Offer** * Offshore global project exposure * Opportunity to work on enterprise\-scale applications * Professional and collaborative engineering environment * Competitive compensation based on experience Experience: * JWB Developer: 6 years (Preferred) Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: Remote
