We are seeking an experienced **MEP Engineer** to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed\-use properties. The successful candidate will ensure all MEP systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local authority regulations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while supporting maintenance teams to deliver high\-quality facility management services. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple facilities. * Plan, monitor, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities. * Ensure HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, electrical panels, generators, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems operate efficiently. * Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance requirements to ensure uninterrupted building operations. * Lead and supervise maintenance teams, subcontractors, and specialist service providers. * Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and performance analyses. * Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. * Coordinate with clients and respond professionally to technical issues, complaints, and emergency situations. * Review technical drawings, equipment specifications, and maintenance documentation. * Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning for maintenance operations. * Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, HSE requirements, and industry best practices. * Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and recommendations for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or **Electrical Engineering**. * Minimum **7 years of experience** in **Maintenance and Facility Management**. * Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. * Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents. * Experience supervising maintenance teams and subcontractors. * Strong client\-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational abilities. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Good knowledge of HSE standards and local authority regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM/BMS systems is an advantage. * Valid Qatar Driving Licence is preferred. **Preferred Experience** * GCC/Qatar Facility Management experience. * Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hotels, residential towers, hospitals, or mixed\-use developments. * Knowledge of CAFM, BMS, and CMMS systems. * Immediate joiners or candidates with a transferable visa will have an advantage. **Key Competencies** * MEP Maintenance Management * HVAC, Electrical \& Plumbing Systems * Preventive \& Corrective Maintenance * Team Leadership \& Supervision * Client Relationship Management * Problem Solving \& Decision Making * Planning \& Coordination * Quality \& HSE Compliance * Communication \& Stakeholder Management * Report Writing \& Technical Documentation Work Location: In person
