Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery within budget Landscape Project Manager – Municipality Project \| Qatar **Flora Landscape for Agricultural Services** is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Landscape Project Manager** to join our team and lead the successful execution of major **Municipality / Government Landscaping Projects in Qatar**. Job Details **Position:** Landscape Project Manager **Project:** Municipality / Government Landscaping Project **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Experience Required:** Minimum 3–5 years in Landscape Project Management **Preferred:** Candidates currently available in Qatar Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, supervise, and deliver landscape projects from mobilization through completion and handover. * Manage daily site operations and ensure works progress according to the approved project schedule. * Coordinate with Municipality representatives, consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, specifications, and BOQs. * Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, artificial turf, natural grass, planting, paving, kerbstone, landscape structures, and associated works. * Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project requirements, and Municipality regulations. * Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, equipment requirements, and work programs. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Coordinate with commercial and planning teams regarding variations, additional works, measurements, claims, and project quantities. * Identify site constraints, technical issues, delays, and project risks and implement effective corrective actions. * Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper quality control of all landscape works. * Manage project manpower, subcontractors, equipment, tools, and materials efficiently. * Ensure full implementation of HSE requirements and site safety procedures. * Attend project and coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management. * Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely submission of required documents. * Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, rectification, commissioning, and final project handover. Required Qualifications \& Experience * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in Landscape Project Management. * Strong experience in **Municipality, Government, or Infrastructure landscaping projects**. * Good knowledge of landscape construction and maintenance works. * Strong technical understanding of irrigation systems, softscape, hardscape, planting, turf, artificial turf, and landscape finishing works. * Experience managing large teams and multiple site activities. * Good understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications, quantities, variations, and project documentation. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. * Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and site coordination. * Excellent communication, leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Qatar or GCC experience is highly preferred. * Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage. * Degree or diploma in **Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or a related field** is preferred.
