





We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Recruiter** with **manpower company experience** who can actively contribute to sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates across multiple industries in Qatar. The ideal candidate must be **locally available in Qatar** with a strong understanding of the **Qatar labor market, visa processes, and manpower requirements**. This role requires hands\-on recruitment expertise and the ability to handle bulk and skilled hiring efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Handle **end\-to\-end recruitment** for manpower requirements across various sectors * Source candidates locally using job portals, databases, referrals, and walk\-ins * Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on client requirements * Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for documentation and mobilization * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers * Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company recruitment procedures * Meet recruitment targets and timelines for multiple clients * Conduct trade tests and coordinate client interviews where required Requirements \& Qualifications * **Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Qatar** (mandatory) * **Prior experience working in a manpower or staffing company is required** * Strong knowledge of the **local Qatar market and available workforce** * Familiar with visa categories, mobilization, and onboarding processes * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms Preferred Skills * Experience in bulk hiring (construction, hospitality, facility management, technical roles, etc.) * Strong candidate network within Qatar Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR2,000\.00 per month
