Lead and mentor interior design teams and manage deliverables **ob Title:** Director of Interior Design – Engineering Projects **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Director of Interior Design – Engineering Projects** to lead the delivery of major interior design and fit\-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for concept development, design coordination, materials and finishes, design presentations, and final approvals. Key Responsibilities * Lead the overall interior design delivery from concept through final approval. * Develop and review design concepts, presentations, and technical design packages. * Coordinate interior design with architecture, engineering, FF\&E, and other disciplines. * Lead the selection and development of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior elements. * Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions. * Manage design presentations and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. * Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. * Lead and mentor interior design teams and manage design deliverables. * Support the successful delivery of government and high\-profile fit\-out projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field**. * Master's degree is **preferred**. * **12–15 years of relevant interior design experience**. * Minimum **5 years in a Head, Lead, Senior, or equivalent design leadership position**. * Proven experience in **government, major, or high\-profile fit\-out projects**. * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite**. * Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, FF\&E, and interior design coordination**. * Excellent design presentation and client\-facing skills. * Strong **English and Arabic communication skills**. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred**.
