The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, providing technical assistance, and maintaining secure and efficient systems across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues in a timely manner * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications * Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime * Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and service logs * Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts * Familiarity with helpdesk systems and remote support tools * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work independently and in a team environment **Preferred Skills** * Certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent * Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud\-based systems * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices * Familiarity with IT asset management and monitoring tools **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career development and training opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to modern IT systems and technologies **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter outlining their experience and suitability for the role.
