Key responsibilities Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies; create project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and lead remote teams, assign tasks, track progress, and remove blockers. Manage stakeholder communications, run regular status updates, and produce project reports. Monitor risks and issues; implement mitigation plans and change control. Ensure quality delivery by defining acceptance criteria and coordinating testing/reviews. Manage third\-party vendors and contractors when required. Drive continuous improvement of project processes and tools. Requirements 3\+ years of project management experience; experience with remote/distributed teams preferred. Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder\-management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom). Self\-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently across time zones. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
