Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and safety requirements Mechanical Engineer – MEP Division **Job Title:** Mechanical Engineer – MEP **Department:** MEP Division **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Mechanical Engineer** to join our MEP Division. The candidate will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and coordination of mechanical MEP works for **villa and building construction projects**. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical systems, along with the ability to manage site activities and coordinate effectively with contractors and other MEP disciplines. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage mechanical MEP works at villa and building projects. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and related mechanical installations. * Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. * Ensure mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the required time. * Inspect materials and installation quality and ensure compliance with project standards. * Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions. * Prepare material requirements, quantity estimates, and material requests. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required. * Conduct site inspections and ensure proper testing and commissioning of mechanical systems. * Prepare progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. * Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards, safety requirements, and project specifications. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * **3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects**, preferably in Qatar/GCC. * Strong experience in **villa and building projects**. * Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical MEP systems. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. * Experience in site supervision and MEP project coordination. * Good knowledge of AutoCAD. * Good communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities independently. * Qatar/GCC experience is preferred. **Preferred Candidate** * Candidates with hands\-on experience in **villa construction and MEP project execution** will be preferred. * Candidates with experience in both **HVAC and plumbing works** will have an advantage. * Must be willing to work at project sites as required. **How to Apply** Interested candidates may forward their updated CV to **sanjeev@alfaytri.com** Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
