**Overview** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to implement and oversee a quality management system (QMS) for operations and maintenance services provided by SOSi at Camp As Sayliyah in Doha, Qatar. **Essential Job Duties** * Establish quality objectives and key performance indicators in coordination with the Program Manager (PM) and Operations Manager (OM) to measure and monitor process performance and product/service quality. * Design and execute quality assurance processes, procedures, and protocols to identify and mitigate risks, defects, and nonconformances. * Perform scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with contract plans, applicable codes and standards, specifications, and other contractual requirements. * Recommend, document, and ensure implementation of corrective/preventive actions and process improvements needed to ensure quality and safety. * Elevate unresolved deficiencies in quality and safety to the PM, OM, Maintenance Inspector, or Safety Manager as appropriate. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business administration; OR * 20 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. * Professional certification such as the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM\-C), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems; OR * 5\+ years’ experience as a quality assurance manager or similar role. **Work Environment** * Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. * Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions. * Position may require movement on short notice and under adverse conditions. * Wearing task appropriate PPE is required. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.

Overview: SOSi is seeking an experienced Billeting Coordinator to support a Facilities Maintenance and Material Support contract with our government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Responsibilities: * Manages the bulk of the site billeting requirements and perform tasks related to reservations, inventory, and control of related assets to include reconciliation and coordination of records for inbound and outbound personnel. * Responsible for ensuring maintenance and update of the billeting portion of the customer web site. * Plans room accommodation for conference attendees in CENTCOM facilities as well as the USAF Transient Facilities when capacity is exceeded. * Manages Bed\-Down Plans, room key control, custodial upkeep, linen supplies, and check\-in/check\-out procedures. * Supervises the maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings of the CFH Dorms and DVQs. * Maintains accountability of all furnishings/equipment. * Reports occupancy status and submits work order repair tickets. * Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. **Overview** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The tasks performed shall include but not be limited to minor plumbing, carpentry, sheet metal, welding, locksmithing, and minor movement and reconfiguration of furniture in support of a Government customer at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. **Essential Job Duties** * Perform repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance on customer facilities. * Remodel, retrofit, and repair interior and exterior structures made of wood, light gauge metal, drywall, or plaster, and the associated plumbing systems. * Perform troubleshooting and user\-level preventive maintenance checks on plumbing systems and ensure higher\-level preventive maintenance inspections are being conducted. * Provide minor repairs to plumbing systems (water, sewage, and wastewater), old piping, clogged fixtures, leaky faucets, and equipment; check old pipes for fit, soundness, and operation; and maintain available back\-up assets on hand to ensure operational levels. * Conduct coordination with other facility maintenance tradesmen and civil engineering authorities. * Work from blueprints, specifications, drawings, and instructions to remodel, retrofit, maintain, and repair various types of facilities and structures. * Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work by contractors. * Plan, install, repair, alter, and/or replace furnishings, fixtures, equipment, appliances, and finishes to include doors, flooring, ceilings, and cabinets as necessary.
