Education \& Experience** * **Educational Background:** Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Communications is a plus.\[1] * **Professional Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (ideally in the hospitality, cinema, or retail sector). * **Availability:** Must be flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (standard for the cinema industry). **2\. Communication Skills (Expanded)** * **English Proficiency:** Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Must be able to draft professional emails and communicate clearly with international guests. * **Multilingualism:** Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage in the Qatar market to assist local guests. * **Phone Etiquette:** Ability to handle a multi\-line telephone system with a professional and helpful tone. **3\. Technical \& Administrative Skills** * **Microsoft Office Suite:** High proficiency in **MS Word** (for reports/memos), **MS Excel** (for tracking and data entry), and **Outlook** (for professional email management). * **Information Management:** Experience in managing and filing digital and physical records with high attention to detail. * **Fast Typing:** Ability to accurately input data while simultaneously interacting with guests. * **POS/Booking Systems:** (Optional but preferred) Familiarity with cinema booking software or Point of Sale (POS) systems. **4\. Professional Attributes \& Soft Skills** * **Grooming \& Presentation:** Must maintain a neat, professional, and well\-groomed appearance at all times as the "face" of the cinema. * **Conflict Resolution:** Strong ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with guest complaints or high\-pressure situations. * **Multitasking:** Proven ability to manage a busy reception area, handle guest inquiries, and complete administrative tasks simultaneously. * **Customer\-First Mindset:** A proactive attitude toward guest needs, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued Work Location: In person
