Ensure compliance with commercial procedures. **Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor (Facilities Management) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Description** We are currently seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) projects and will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, budgeting, and commercial support for ongoing operations and maintenance projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents * Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures * Evaluate contractor quotations and subcontractor claims * Handle contract administration and commercial documentation * Coordinate with operations and engineering teams regarding project costs * Prepare monthly valuations, reports, and final accounts * Ensure compliance with company and client commercial procedures **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Mandatory experience in Facilities Management (FM) industry * Strong knowledge of contracts, costing, and commercial procedures * Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage * Ability to join immediately or within short notice preferred Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid QID? * What is your notice period? * What is your nationality? * What is your current salary?
