Our specialized children's activity center is looking for energetic **young Korean men and women** to join our team as **Interactive Activities Facilitators**. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and facilitate interactive games, workshops, and educational activities for children. * Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment that encourages children to participate. * Communicate positively with children and their parents. Requirements \& Qualifications: * **Nationality:** Korean (Native Speaker). * **Language:** Excellent command of the English language (fluent spoken and written). * **Passion:** A genuine love for working with children and patience. * **Education (Suggested):** A background or degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Performing Arts/Fine Arts is preferred. * **Experience (Suggested):** Previous experience working with children (e.g., summer camps, tutoring, babysitting, or volunteering) is a strong plus. * **Soft Skills (Suggested):** High energy, creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle enthusiastic group dynamics.
