We are seeking a technology professional who can analyze business needs, recommend innovative IT solutions, and help organizations improve operational efficiency through strategic technology implementation. Key Responsibilities * Assess clients' business processes and identify technology improvement opportunities. * Design, recommend, and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives. * Analyze existing IT infrastructure and provide strategic recommendations for optimization. * Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects. * Develop project plans, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps. * Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross\-functional teams throughout project lifecycles. * Provide technical guidance on cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise applications. * Conduct system testing, risk assessments, and performance evaluations. * Deliver user training and post\-implementation support. * Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Proven experience as an IT Consultant, Systems Consultant, IT Analyst, or similar role. * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. * Experience managing IT projects and implementing business technology solutions. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, virtualization, ERP, or CRM platforms is an advantage. * Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. * Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or Azure are highly desirable. * Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
