Stable working environment in a growing café brand **Job Title: Cost Controller – Café \& Chocolate** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to manage and monitor all food and beverage costs within our café and chocolate operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the F\&B industry, with a focus on inventory control, cost analysis, and profitability management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control daily food \& beverage costs across café and chocolate production * Track inventory, stock usage, and wastage to ensure cost efficiency * Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances * Maintain accurate records of purchases, transfers, and consumption * Work closely with kitchen and café teams to control portioning and standard recipes * Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and report monthly cost performance * Assist in menu pricing and profitability analysis * Coordinate with suppliers and verify purchase invoices * Identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising quality **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Cost Controller in **F\&B, café, restaurant, or chocolate/dessert industry (mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control procedures * Good analytical and numerical skills * Experience with POS and inventory software is an advantage * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and report effectively to management **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in cafés, dessert shops, or chocolate production environments * Knowledge of recipe costing and portion control * Excel / spreadsheet proficiency **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Stable working environment in a growing café brand * Opportunity to contribute to business growth and efficiency Work Location: In person
