Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to provide a wide variety of services that guide guests during their arrival and departure experiences. They have the freedom to move about their space and do whatever is needed—whether processing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights—the Guest Arrival Expert ensures transactions feel like part of the experience. Regardless of your specific role, certain elements are critical to success: creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your personal appearance, uniform, and communications remain professional. Guest Arrival Experts will be standing and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance).
