Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. **Job Title:** Operator – Silo **Location:** Doha, Qatar Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and safety\-conscious Silo Operator to support plant operations by handling the loading of finished products to vehicles through conveyor systems and control panels. The candidate will ensure smooth and accurate loading operations while following company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities * Operate silo and conveyor systems for loading finished products into vehicles. * Upload and verify loading data based on loading slips. * Monitor conveyor operations, gauges, lights, and control systems. * Record production data including weights, quantities, and product types. * Maintain logbooks and perform housekeeping in the work area. * Start and stop loading systems as required or during emergencies. * Coordinate with shift teams for smooth plant operations. * Conduct regular inspections and report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities. * Follow all operational procedures, safety rules, and QHSSE standards. * Support timely reporting and documentation activities. * Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors. Requirements * Minimum primary school certification. * 2–8 years of experience as a Silo Operator or in a similar industrial role. * Basic knowledge of conveyor and loading systems. * Attention to detail and accuracy in loading operations. * Basic communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Safety\-conscious with good time management skills.
