Field Engineer

Summary: Supervise and coordinate Oil & Gas field operations and plant completion activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and HSE requirements. Highlights: 1. Lead field operations and plant completion in Oil & Gas projects. 2. Utilize strong knowledge of field operations, equipment, and plant systems. 3. Coordinate with diverse teams for smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate **field operations and plant completion activities** for Oil \& Gas field. * Plan, monitor, and manage daily site activities to ensure work progresses as per the approved project schedule. * Review and interpret **P\&IDs, engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and project documents**. * Ensure field activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, specifications, and HSE requirements. * Coordinate with Field Operators, Supervisors, Contractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of completion activities. * Monitor work progress, identify **delays, constraints, outstanding activities, and backlogs**, and take necessary action for timely completion. * Verify completed works and coordinate inspections, testing, punch\-list clearance, and handover activities. * Prepare and submit **daily progress reports**, highlighting completed activities, pending works, issues, and areas requiring attention. * Coordinate with the Project team to resolve technical and site\-related issues. * Ensure proper documentation and closeout of completion activities. * Ensure compliance with **Oil \& Gas standards, company procedures, Permit to Work requirements, and HSE regulations**. **Minimum Requirements:** * **10\+ years of relevant experience** in Oil \& Gas field operations and plant completion activities. * Strong hands\-on experience in **new plant completion, pre\-commissioning, commissioning projects**. * Valid **UPDA Grade A or B** certification. * Strong knowledge of field operations, equipment, instruments, meters, and plant systems. * Ability to read and interpret **P\&IDs, engineering drawings, and technical documents**. * Previous experience with **major Oil \& Gas companies** is highly preferred. * Strong coordination, supervision, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Willingness to work in a site\-based project environment.
