Responsibilities** : **1 .**Supervise and control all maintenance activities at job sites **2\.** Follow daily work orders **3\.** Supervise technicians and helpers **4\.** Inspect completed work **5\.** Monitor spare parts **6\.** Ensure HSE compliance **7\.** Coordinate with tenants **8**. Evalute all sites issues and coorindate with Project Engineer \& the team to solve all tasks **9\.** Asset condition assessments **10\.** Coordinate with Project Engineer for the priorities and tasks **11\.** Plan maintenance schedules with Project Engineer **12\.** Manage emergencies Work Location: In person
