QUALIFICATIONS** * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 7\+ years of progressive experience with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex QA/QC and commissioning phases. * In\-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Commissioning processes in large\-scale construction and infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of HAVC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting and plumbing systems. * Strong knowledge in authorities requirements and T\&C procedures. * strong knowledge in submittals perpetration and review * proficiency in AutoCAD and design tools * Must have UPDA Certificate (Grade A or B) * Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving a zero\-defect culture.
