About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented QHSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality, Health, Safety \& Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems in alignment with international standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all departments Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the QHSE Management System ✅ Ensure proper implementation of the Quality Management System across all departments ✅ Prepare internal and external audit schedules and conduct QMS audits ✅ Verify closure of Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) ✅ Maintain QHSE documentation and records ✅ Prepare inputs, schedules, and agendas for Management Review Meetings ✅ Disseminate Quality policies, objectives, and notices to all personnel ✅ Oversee Health \& Safety procedure implementation ✅ Ensure safety measures in storage and usage of materials and equipment ✅ Guide teams in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on\-site ✅ Lead accident/incident investigation teams and prepare official reports ✅ Report environmental incidents to relevant authorities ✅ Conduct QHSE awareness training for company personnel ✅ Ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance schedules for laboratory equipment ✅ Ensure use of latest revisions of standards and specifications ✅ Supervise document control personnel to maintain and preserve records Requirements: ✔ Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including: ISO/IEC 17025 ,ISO 45001 \& ISO 14001 ✔ Minimum 3\-5 years in a managerial role ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ✔ IOSH , Nebosh or equivalent ✔ Immediate Joining only ✔Candidates available in Qatar please submit your C.V to qhse@techlabqatar.com \* Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
