




We are seeking a results\-driven and technically competent **Sales \& Marketing Executive** to join our **Welding Division.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth across industrial, oil \& gas, construction, and manufacturing sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of welding consumables, equipment, PPE standards (EN/ANSI/ISO), and market dynamics within Qatar and the wider GCC region. **Key Responsibilities: Sales \& Business Development** * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the welding, fabrication, and safety equipment market. * Develop strong client relationships with EPC contractors, fabrication yards, oil \& gas companies, and distributors. * Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to key clients and end\-users. * Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals in coordination with the procurement and operations teams. * Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and gross margin goals. **Marketing \& Brand Development** * Develop marketing campaigns, product flyers, and promotional content tailored to industrial clients. * Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. * Coordinate with digital marketing teams to enhance online visibility through SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing. * Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, product performance, and emerging technologies. **Technical \& Product Knowledge** * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of welding consumables, machines, gas cutting tools, PPE, and related standards (ANSI, EN, ISO). * Advise clients on suitable product selections for specific industrial applications. * Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers for technical clarifications, certifications, and compliance documents. **Customer Service \& Coordination** * Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and manage order follow\-ups. * Liaise with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth delivery of materials. * Handle customer complaints or warranty issues professionally to maintain long\-term relationships. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field. * 2–5 years of sales experience in **industrial supplies, welding equipment, or PPE** (experience with oil \& gas clients preferred). * Strong technical knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) and PPE categories (gloves, helmets, protective clothing, etc.). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems (SAP) * Valid Qatar Driving License preferred. **Key Competencies:** * Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. * Technical aptitude with commercial acumen. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Team player with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
