**Architectural Draftsman (3 Positions)** **Experience Required:** Minimum **5 Years** in **Civil Construction / Building Projects** **Location:** New Industrial Area, Qatar **Requirement:** Local candidates only **Job Description:** * Prepare detailed **architectural drawings**, including plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for civil construction projects. * Convert sketches, design concepts, and engineer/architect instructions into accurate technical drawings using **AutoCAD / Revit**. * Coordinate with **Structural, MEP, and Civil** teams to ensure drawings are aligned and free from clashes. * Develop and update **As\-Built drawings**, ensuring they reflect actual site conditions and revisions. * Review project specifications and ensure all drawings comply with **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)** and relevant codes. * Support the design team in preparing **detailed layouts**, finishes schedules, door/window schedules, and architectural detailing. * Ensure proper documentation, revision control, and organized drawing records. * Attend site when required to verify measurements, resolve drawing\-related issues, and support site execution teams. * Modify and update drawings based on consultant comments or site instructions. * Work collaboratively with Engineers, Architects, and project teams to meet project deadlines. **Candidate Requirements:** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as an Architectural Draftsman in **civil construction, buildings, or infrastructure projects** (Qatar/GCC experience preferred). * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD**, Revit, and MS Office. * Sound knowledge of building materials, architectural details, and construction methodologies. * Ability to interpret architectural \& engineering designs, BOQs, and project specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. * Must be locally available in Qatar with valid **QID** and **transferable visa** (preferred).
