




**We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive HR \& Administrative Assistant to support our daily HR and office operations.** **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with **recruitment**, **onboarding**, filing, and maintaining HR documentation * Handle and respond to **HR and administrative requests** in a timely manner * Coordinate **meetings**, schedule **interviews**, and support staff events or activities * Provide administrative support to the HR team and carry out tasks assigned by the **Group HR Manager** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources**, **Business Administration**, or a related field * **1–2 years of experience** in HR or administrative roles (experience in **F\&B, Restaurant, or Hospitality** industries preferred) * Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** * Strong **communication**, **organization**, and **time\-management** skills * **Local hire only — candidates must be currently in Qatar** * **Immediate joiners** preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month
