**Job Criteria: Sales Executive – Coffee Division (Female)Position Overview** The Sales Executive for the Coffee Division will be responsible for generating sales, expanding market presence, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s coffee products across assigned territories. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the coffee market. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Conduct product presentations, tasting sessions, and promotions to potential clients. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the coffee product line. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. * Monitor competitor activities and trends in the coffee industry. * Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders. * Ensure product knowledge is up\-to\-date and maintain a professional image representing the brand. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Female candidate with relevant experience in sales (coffee, FMCG, or hospitality sector preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development. * Knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, or the coffee market is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory). * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Pleasant personality, confident, and customer\-service oriented. * Ability to handle client visits, fieldwork, and frequent outdoor sales activities. **Preferred Skills** * Experience selling to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets. * Existing client network in the HORECA sector. * Multilingual (English required; Arabic is an advantage). **Work Conditions** * Field\-based role with regular market visits. * Must be available to join immediately or within short notice (optional based on your need).
