Summary: Seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage documentation for joinery and interior fit-out projects, ensuring efficient coordination and tracking. Highlights: 1. Manage project documentation including shop drawings and submittals 2. Coordinate documentation across multiple project stakeholders 3. Ensure up-to-date documents are available to the project team * 3\+ years of experience in document control, preferably in joinery and interior fit\-out projects. * Manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, approvals, transmittals, and document registers. * Track revisions, submissions, approvals, and ensure the latest documents are available to the project team. * Coordinate documentation between design, production, procurement, site, consultants, and clients. * Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and document management systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of joinery/fit\-out documentation procedures.
