**Die Cutter – Printing Industry** **Full\-Time \| Immediate Hiring** We are looking for an experienced **Die Cutter Operator** to join our printing and packaging production team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating die\-cutting machines for boxes, packaging materials, and commercial print items. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and set up **die\-cutting machines** (manual, semi\-auto, or automatic) for various print and packaging jobs. * Handle die\-cutting for **carton boxes, packaging items, labels, folders, and custom shapes**. * Install and adjust dies, plates, creasing rules, and cutting parameters. * Inspect output to ensure accurate cutting, clean edges, proper creasing, and correct registration. * Troubleshoot issues like misalignment, cutting depth errors, or material feeding problems. * Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance. * Follow production schedules and ensure all jobs are delivered on time. * Maintain daily production logs and coordinate with the production supervisor. * Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** operating die\-cutting machines in a **printing or packaging company**. * Knowledge of materials such as **duplex board, kraft, corrugated sheets, art paper**, and other substrates. * Ability to read job tickets, artwork layouts, and cutting guides. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Physically fit and able to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Immediate joiners preferred.
