Description

J**ob Purpose:** To manage and supervise day\-to\-day cleaning operations across assigned sites, managing transportation to mobilize cleaners as per the requirement of clients. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning teams, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning supervisors in all sites for smooth functioning. * Coordinating with the suppliers to arrange uniforms for cleaners. * Coordinate with the Drivers, Cleaning Supervisor for arranging transportation for all cleaners. * Ensure cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with contractual obligations and quality standards. * Conduct regular inspections of sites to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company and client expectations. * Manage staff schedules, attendance, and replacements during absences or leave. * Arrange Training for new coming staffs and coach cleaning staff on company procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices. * Address client feedback or complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure availability of cleaning supplies, tools, and consumables; coordinate with procurement for replenishment. * Monitor equipment condition and report repair or replacement needs. * Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents, staff performance, and inspections. * Support in the mobilization of new cleaning contracts including manpower planning. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning or soft services company. * Experience managing large teams and multiple sites is a must. **Skills:** * Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practices. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, report writing). * Knowledge of health \& safety standards relevant to cleaning operations.
