Minimum Experience: 5\+ years of experience in structural steel fabrication and erection \& Parking shades, and roof sheeting. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of steel structural fabrication, erection, and alignment. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans. Familiar with welding standards, bolting, and quality control procedures. Project Experience: Experience in industrial projects, warehouses, or steel buildings. Worked on Qatar Energy / Oil \& Gas projects, RLIC NFS, Site Management: Supervising erection crews, rigging teams, and equipment operators. Coordinating with project engineers and safety officers to ensure compliance. Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HSE standards related to steel structural work. Ability to enforce safety procedures on\-site. Tools \& Equipment: Familiar with cranes, lifting plans, torque wrenches, and alignment tools. Documentation \& Reporting: Preparing daily reports, progress updates, and manpower planning. Knowledge of method statements and inspection checklists. Job Type: Full\-time
