




The DCDP – Baker is responsible for assisting in the preparation, baking, and presentation of all bakery products. The role requires knowledge of dough handling, proofing, baking techniques, and quality control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and bakery items as per standard recipes. * Maintain consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation. * Ensure all bakery ingredients are properly measured, mixed, and stored. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area. * Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations. * Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations and staff supervision. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of bakery experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering. * Knowledge of bread, croissants, rolls, and desserts. * Strong attention to detail and time management. * **Locally available in Qatar** with **immediate joining capability**.
