The role of a Customer Service Expert involves being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); navigating sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information); and actively engaging in physical aspects of the job (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). It is essential that Customer Service Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (along with any other reasonable tasks assigned) — ensuring our guests remain satisfied and our business continues to thrive.
