Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals **Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.** * Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and abilities. * Provide direct therapy to students with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop accommodative strategies. * Evaluate the progress of students and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Instruct students in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques for daily living. * Create and maintain detailed documentation for each student. * Educate students, parents, and staff on disability awareness and inclusive practices. * Implement intervention strategies to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development. * Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input based on assessments.
