* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying * At least 5 years of experience in pre \& post contract quantity surveying in Aluminum \& Joinery workshops. * Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project Applications, Candy C201 * Knowledge in all construction concepts. * Prepare quotation and control budget for ongoing projects under Aluminum \& Joinery works. * Coordinate and assist civil department in preparing variation order proposals. * Prepare and control ISO documentation for Aluminum \& Joinery workshop.
