Summary: Seeking a BIM Engineer/Coordinator to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building construction projects, ensuring compliance and effective team coordination. Highlights: 1. Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building construction projects 2. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools 3. Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection ***Contract: 1 Year (Extendable) \- Local Hire Only*** **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building construction projects. * Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation. * Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and identify clashes using BIM software. * Conduct clash detection and coordinate with relevant engineering teams for resolution. * Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans. * Support the project team with quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams. * Maintain BIM documentation and ensure proper version control of models and drawings. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.** * **5–8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in building construction projects.** * Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools. * Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection. * Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings. * Strong coordination and communication skills. * **UPDA / MMUP Required.** Application Question(s): * Do you have UPDA / MMUP ? * Do you have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering ?
