Summary: Seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Design to lead architectural design and technical management from concept to completion for building projects. Highlights: 1. Lead and manage a technical design team 2. Develop and present architectural designs from concept to completion 3. Strong experience in design evaluation, review, and quality control **TECHNICAL MANAGER – DESIGN** * Location: Doha, Qatar * Duration: 3 Months (extendable) * Start Date: Immediately * Project Type: Building / Architecture **KEY REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture * 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and technical management * Proven experience in developing and presenting architectural designs from concept to completion — schematic design, design development, and construction documents * Strong experience in design evaluation, review, and quality control * Good experience in shop drawing development and checking * Experience in large\-scale building projects * Proven ability to lead and manage a technical design team * Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and regulations preferred * Ashghal project experience preferred — or strong background with leading consultants * Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
