Summary: This role involves end-to-end tendering, including document review, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, vendor management, risk evaluation, and bid submission. Highlights: 1. Autonomous end-to-end tendering process management 2. Precise quantity take-offs for Civil and MEP components 3. Comprehensive BOQ preparation and detailed cost estimation * **End\-to\-End Tendering:** Autonomously review tender packages, RFP documents, scope of work, project specifications, and contract terms. * **Quantity Take\-Off (QTO):** Perform precise quantity take\-offs for Civil and MEP components from engineering drawings and CAD models. * **BOQ Preparation \& Pricing:** Develop comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, plant, subcontracts). * **Vendor \& Subcontractor Management:** Floating inquiries, floating RFQs, evaluating commercial quotations, negotiating pricing, and compiling comparative statements. * **Risk \& Technical Evaluation:** Identify commercial risks, missing details, or scope gaps in tender documents and draft necessary technical queries (RFIs). * **Bid Submission:** Prepare and assemble commercial and technical tender submissions, ensured strictly within set deadline windows.
