





**Main Roles \& Responsibilities** · In coordination \& consultation with all relevant project stakeholders, prepare the project program using primavera P6, and also prepare a short\-term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule project inspection plans related to the government and local authority \[e.g., Kahramaa and Municipality] · Prepare Master Programs, S. Curves, Cash Flows, and Histograms; after analyzing project requirements, and including preparation of resource and cost\-loaded planning schedules \& production of resource histograms for manpower, material, and submittals. · Support in preparation of Procurement schedule as per procurement plan based on details/ data received from the Procurement \& Purchasing Department. · Manage the project schedules in accordance with the project work breakdown structure and ensuring the project that project schedules are developed. · Ensure that project plans are regularly updated and within levels of certainty to allow effective monitoring forecasting and control. · Prepare/ produce tender program pre\-design, design, tender and award, procurement, construction, and completion scheduling in order to depict the project and contractual requirements in compliance to the planning procedures. · Evaluate and analyze the progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule in order to provide performance assessment and accurate forecasts. · Coordinate and liaise with project managers to update the detailed works program. · Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors’ Planner (if any) and authorities in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interfaces that exist on the project. · Liaise with the Planning Manager on the different scenarios to be simulated in the schedule preparation including the use of “What\-if Analysis”. · In coordination \& consultation with the Project Manager \& Planning Manager, review and evaluate the subcontractor's schedules and reports and recommend necessary actions in order to align the subcontracted items in schedule to the contract schedule. · Prepare the progress monitoring portion of the monthly report including the monthly schedule updates in order to incorporate in the monthly progress report submittal to the client and the management. · Participate in the progress and coordination meetings in order to discuss the status of the project. · Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress reports as/ when required including updating project schedules on a weekly basis. · Coordinate between project contractors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project schedule, plan, and all concerned issues. · Preparation of a recovery program to catch up on any delays or damages Participate in the development of project execution plans. **Preferred****:** Arabs/ india. **Knowledge About:** Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling, MS Office, and AutoCAD. **Skills \& Abilities (Core Competencies):** Leadership; Management; Problem Solving; Communication; Written Communication; Analytical; Planning; Materials Management; Project Management; Quality Assurance; Technical Function Knowledge; Interpreting Technical Drawings.
