Opportunity to apply leadership and problem-solving skills We are looking for a competent and experienced **Welding Foreman** to supervise and coordinate welding activities for a team of 5–6 welders, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved welding procedures and QA/QC requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 5–6 welders. * Interpret and implement approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and welding requirements. * Ensure welding activities comply with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and approved procedures. * Monitor welders’ performance, productivity, and quality of work. * Coordinate with QC Inspectors, supervisors, and other project teams. * Ensure proper welding consumables, equipment, and materials are available and correctly used. * Identify and address welding\-related issues and support corrective actions. * Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of relevant welding experience**, preferably in the **Oil \& Gas industry**. * Proven experience supervising a team of welders. * Good understanding of welding procedures, WPS, welding consumables, and QA/QC requirements. * Ability to read and interpret welding\-related drawings and specifications. * **Good English communication skills preferred.** * Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
