The candidate must have strong knowledge of the local market, vendor management, and negotiation skills to ensure cost\-effective purchasing and smooth leasing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the procurement department and daily purchasing activities * Develop procurement strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency * Handle leasing activities for shops, kiosks, warehouses, and offices * Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, landlords, and service providers * Source reliable vendors and maintain strong relationships in the local market * Compare quotations and finalize suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery * Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials * Coordinate with finance for payment terms and cost control * Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor database * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities * Handle renewal of lease agreements and vendor contracts Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
