




Key Responsibilities * Provide attentive and professional **customer service** to all guests. * Assist in serving food and beverages promptly and accurately. * Operate and manage **POS systems** for order entry and billing. * Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests. * Support the team in maintaining smooth service flow between kitchen and dining area. Requirements * Minimum **2 years of customer service experience** in hospitality \& F\&B * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with **POS machines**. * Fluent and conversant in **English** (spoken and written). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with attention to detail.
