Attend customers' needs and meet expectations. * Makes sure the station is properly set and that all side work is completed thoroughly, expertly, and on time following strict server shift mechanics. * Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotions, special and seasonal offerings, and other information related Flat White products and services. * Smile, greet, assist and deal with customers’ need. * Ensure customers always receive excellent service and satisfaction. * Properly takes orders, making sure that dupes are correct as to table number, position, cooking temperature, etc. * Follow up and collect food/beverage orders from the kitchen, verifies the prepared food/beverages are correct before serving them to customers.
