We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **BMS Technician** to join the maintenance team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in the installation, programming, commissioning, and servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS/DDC). This role requires strong technical knowledge in electrical and instrumentation systems, excellent troubleshooting capability, and the ability to maintain smooth operation of building automation systems across diverse facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and commission DDC/BMS control panels, devices, and related components. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS systems in facilities such as hospitals, schools, and residential buildings. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. * Support efficient operation of HVAC and electromechanical equipment through accurate system monitoring and calibration. * Maintain updated documentation, wiring diagrams, and service reports. * Coordinate with engineers and maintenance personnel to support daily operational needs. * Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures during installation and maintenance tasks. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills:** * Technical Certificate (1–1\.5 years) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Communication from a recognized institute (e.g., ITI, TESDA, NVQ). * Minimum 3 years of experience in DDC system installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance. * At least 1\.5 years of GCC experience in electromechanical maintenance within hospitals, schools, or residential facilities. * Strong diagnostic and problem\-solving skills in BMS and automation systems. * Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. * Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Free food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Experience: * BMS Technician (DDC/BMS) systems Maintainance in GCC: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) License/Certification: * Certificate in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics (Required) Location: * Doha (Required)
