**Position:** HVAC \& MEP Technician**Department:** Maintenance / MEP**Location:** Qatar**Reporting To:** MEP Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer**Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Responsibilities** * Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems including split AC, window AC, VRF/VRV, and ducted units. * Perform regular preventive maintenance (filter cleaning, coil washing, gas top\-up, leak testing). * Diagnose issues related to compressors, motors, thermostats, blowers, and electrical controls. * Check and repair refrigeration systems, copper piping, and insulation work. **MEP Responsibilities** * Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair tasks as required. * Install and maintain electrical panels, switches, lighting fixtures, and wiring (basic level). * Assist with plumbing work such as pipe fitting, valve replacements, and leak repairs. * Support MEP team during breakdowns, shutdowns, and project works. **General Technical Duties** * Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and job work orders. * Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards. * Coordinate with supervisors and report job progress or equipment issues. * Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition. **Requirements** * Diploma/ITI in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HVAC or MEP maintenance (Gulf experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repair techniques. * Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems. * Ability to work independently and in a team. * Physically fit and able to work in hot environments or at heights. **Skills** * HVAC troubleshooting * Basic electrical \& plumbing skills * Preventive \& corrective maintenance * Technical problem\-solving * Time management * Safety awareness Job Type: Full\-time
