Summary: Seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage sourcing, international shipments, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment for a sportswear company. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to manage end-to-end procurement and logistics for sportswear. 2. Engage directly with international suppliers and B2B sourcing platforms. 3. Utilize Shopify for product, inventory, and order management. A sportswear and apparel company in Qatar is looking for an experienced **Procurement \& Logistics Coordinator**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Source garments, sportswear, fabrics, accessories, and other products. * Communicate and negotiate directly with international suppliers and vendors through **Alibaba and other B2B sourcing platforms**. * Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders. * Follow up on production, product quality, samples, and delivery schedules. * Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders, and shipping documentation. * Manage warehouse operations, stock receiving, inventory control, and stock organization. * Prepare and dispatch **B2B and B2C customer orders**. * Update and manage products, inventory, and orders through **Shopify**. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in **Procurement \& Logistics**. * Hands\-on experience with **Alibaba or similar B2B sourcing platforms**. * Good experience using **Shopify**. * Experience sourcing **garments, sportswear, fabrics, or textile products**. * Good knowledge of **fabric types, composition, GSM, and garment specifications**. * Experience in international shipping, warehouse, and inventory management. * Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Must be currently based in **Qatar**. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **Working Days:** Sunday – Friday **Salary:** QAR 2,500 – 3,500/month **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Full\-Time** Interested candidates may send their CV to sara@courtssport.com Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
