**Job Summary** We are looking for a creative and organized **Arab Social Media Account Manager** to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands Arab culture, trends, and online behavior, and can create engaging content — including shooting short\-form videos on a smartphone. **Responsibilities** * Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube). * Create engaging Arabic content that fits each platform. * Shoot, edit, and publish high\-quality videos using a mobile phone. * Plan and execute monthly content calendars. * Monitor social media trends, especially within Arab markets, and generate ideas that resonate with the audience. * Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a professional and culturally appropriate manner. * Track analytics and prepare performance reports. * Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain consistent brand identity. * Stay up to date with new features, tools, and platform updates. **Requirements** * Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills. * Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required). * Ability to shoot and edit videos on a smartphone (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts). * Strong understanding of Arab social trends, humor, and pop culture. * Basic knowledge of video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.). * Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.). * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with brands targeting Arab audiences. * Graphic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools). * Basic photography and lighting skills. * Ability to appear on camera (optional, depending on role).
