Summary: Seeking an IT Support professional to manage technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain network systems for internal staff and enterprise clients. Highlights: 1. Serve as primary contact for tier-1 and tier-2 technical support 2. Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and network systems 3. Manage user accounts and diagnose network connectivity issues **SERVICE PACKAGE COMPENSATION:** * **Monthly Fixed Payroll:** QAR 9,000 (all\-inclusive flat rate) * **Statutory Allocations:** Corporate Qatar residency visa processing, private medical insurance policy, and annual paid leave brackets aligned strictly with Qatar Labor Law. **DAILY SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) TASKS:** * Serving as the primary point of contact for tier\-1 and tier\-2 technical support requests from internal staff and enterprise clients. * Troubleshooting and repairing hardware, corporate workstations, network printers, VoIP phone systems, and local office peripherals. * Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows/macOS), corporate software suites, and enterprise security applications. * Managing active user accounts, password resets, and network access permissions inside Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft 365 environments. * Diagnosing localized network connectivity issues, including basic router, switch, and Wi\-Fi access point configurations. * Logging all incoming incidents meticulously in the IT service desk platform, monitoring escalation queues, and creating clear technical knowledge\-base articles. **TECHNICAL PROFILE BENCHMARKS:** * **Academic Base:** University degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or a related technical discipline. * **Certifications:** Active professional validations such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are highly regarded. * **Field Experience:** Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven hands\-on technical helpdesk or IT support desk experience inside the GCC region. * **Technical Skillset:** Strong familiarity with basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), endpoint security tools, and remote desktop utilities. * **Communication Flow:** Highly articulate English verbal and written communication skills are essential to guide non\-technical users through complex troubleshooting workflows.
